Welcome to Neverkin

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neverkin platform (“Service”), operated as an open-source project. By accessing or using Neverkin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

Neverkin is a free, open-source collaborative worldbuilding platform. It is provided as-is, without warranty, as a community project.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for all content you create within the Service.

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you create in Neverkin.
• By using the collaborative features, you grant other invited users the ability to view and (if permitted) edit shared worlds.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ private content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

Open Source

Neverkin is licensed under the GPL-3.0-or-later license. The source code is available on GitHub. These Terms apply to the hosted version of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Neverkin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The maintainers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. This is a community project maintained on a best-effort basis.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
